The founder of Benton Commercial Capital, Jean Gallagher brings over 25 years of experience to
commercial real estate financing. With her extensive network of global relationships, she engineers
successful funding solutions for a wide variety of projects. Her well-earned reputation as an
astute interpreter of a borrower's and project's needs translates to easier and faster
closings.
Jean's achievements reflect the breadth of her experience and a commitment to creating value. On
Wall Street, she developed a solid reputation as an account executive for Morgan Stanley Dean
Witter. Simultaneously, she broadened the scope of her services as a popular financial reporter on
KCBS-TV, KFWB radio, and with her own weekly column in the Sunday edition of the Los Angeles Herald
Examiner.
As the former President of Pacific International Holdings, a real estate development company,
and the author of a book for property developers, Ms. Gallagher continued to expand her expertise
in commercial real estate financing. She has been funding properties since 1989.
In her leisure time, Jean is a passionate cook and enjoys spending time with her four children,
two grandchildren, and Marcello and Tia, her two Maltese dogs. She travels extensively for business
and pleasure from her base in Beverly Hills, California.
